Pay More if you can. Our base rate to cover our costs is $90 a night. The "value" of the cabin  as a "vacation rental" is $150-300+ per night on summer weekend and holidays higher. (Based on similar "vacation" rentals in the area) 

Please assess what you can contribute to this unique and wonderful not-for-profit community resource. 

To make a reservation, use the base rate of $90. To contribute an additional amount per night, use "add ons"  to choose the amount you would like to contribute.

Consider contributing  more if you are able to, are hosting a group, if you are white,  if you benefit from generational wealth, if you own your own home or property,  have significant earning power (education  + ability), etc. 

Consider paying less if you are an upaid community organizer,  if you are an elder, if you are on pubic assistance or fixed income, if you have significant debt,  if you have medical expenses not covered by insurance, etc.    

We have a limited number of sliding scale spots. please reach out to request by emailing us.
